From June 3rd to 6th, 2026, Jafron participated in the 63rd ERA Congress at the SEC - Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow, marking the company's twelfth year of attending this prominent international event. As a major global gathering for nephrology, the congress brought together hundreds of recognized medical corporations and attracted a large number of visitors from around the world, providing an important platform for clinical exchange and industry innovation. This year, Jafron’s presence centered on the theme "HAHD: Living Well with Dialysis", highlighting the combined therapy of hemoadsorption (HA) and hemodialysis (HD) as a comprehensive clearance solution for patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

The exhibition booth featured a comprehensive demonstration of how hemoadsorption is integrated into various clinical solutions, covering fields such as nephrology, hepatology, and other critical care scenarios. Supported by a robust foundation of international academic and research publications, these blood purification approaches demonstrate significant efficacy and safety while remaining cost-effective for patients.
We were delighted to see so many international experts show great interest in our brand story and innovation journey. We were also deeply inspired by the passion of these dedicated professionals, who never stop exploring medical technologies that can make a real difference in patients' lives.
To offer a more interactive experience, this year Jafron introduced an on-site lab trial activity at the booth. This allowed visitors to move beyond theoretical discussions and observe the actual adsorption properties of resin technology firsthand, providing a clear, practical look at the underlying mechanisms of hemoadsorption therapy.

Additionally, many handmade crochet sunflowers were brought as gifts for visitors. These items were crafted by dialysis patients as part of a charity initiative supported by the company. The project was initiated in partnership with Jiaojiao, a young lady who has lived on dialysis for over 20 years and makes her living through crochet work. In 2025, Jafron worked with Jiaojiao to offer online crochet sessions for renal disease patients, whose handmade creations were then purchased by businesses and charity organizations to help support their living expenses. At the ERA Congress, Jafron invited visitors to leave encouraging messages on sunflower postcards, which will be translated and delivered back to Jiaojiao and the other participating patients.

Jafron’s presence at the 63rd ERA Congress highlighted both the clinical development of HAHD therapy and the company's broader engagement with the patient community. Moving forward, Jafron remains committed to collaborating with global healthcare professionals to develop renal care solutions and improve the quality of life for dialysis patients.
